Stand sizes: Stand space is 9m2 (3x3m)
Stand cost: R45 000.00 (exclusive of VAT)
Stand inclusions: The cost of the stand includes:

  • Shell scheme package which includes 2 spotlights, 15 amp plug point with a shared dB Board, table and 2 chairs, fascia with exhibitor’s name (colour to be standard and co-ordinated with event branding -20 letters) and carpeting
  • List of Summit participants, excluding those who have not
  • Listing in the Summit Handbook
  • 2 exhibitor registrations per 9sqm
  • 1 delegate registration to the Summit
  • Morning tea, light lunch and afternoon tea
  • Complimentary porterage during set-up
  • Cleaning in general areas
  • Any other requirements may be arranged with the stand builder
